This is a legal agreement between you, the person named above and us, Finansol Ltd. Finansol Ltd's full company details are available on request. By purchasing and using any of our Calculators ("the Software"), you have accepted the terms of this agreement. The copyright and other intellectual property rights in the Software are the property of Finansol Ltd. A single licence is for one user only, eg sole trader or sole practitioner. A multi licence is for more than one user, eg accountancy or tax practice. The Software is licensed for your use only. You may not copy, lease, rent or decompile the Software. You are responsible for your interpretation of tax legislation and the use of correct rates and figures. We have no responsibility or liability to you or any other person for any loss or claims arising from the use of the Software or the advice and information contained in it. We may terminate this licence agreement if you breach any of its terms. We will take legal action for any breach of copyright or unauthorised use. To ensure availability for all, we may have to apply fair use policy to customers contributing less than the guideline amounts. This agreement is governed by English Law.
